Our design journey will be fine-tuned according to your individual needs and projects' scope. From full 'hard surface design (everything included in a home interior - from the plumbing fixtures, cabinets, interior stain, paint colors, lights, tile, flooring, etc. to the towel bars, to individual room remodels. New Build and
Renovation Interior Design:
Depending on your project; whether it be a full scope new build, large renovation, or room(s) by room renovation, I'll guide you through all selections needed. Everything from plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinets, countertops, hardware, all flooring materials, bathroom tile, stain and paint, beams, railing, wall and ceiling surfaces, lighting, bath accessories and mirrors, etc.
My focus and role is linking the these elements and layouts together in such a way that creates an overall aesthetic that is effortlessly elegant, deeply personal, and is a joy to live within.
Getting Started and the Selections Process:
While collaborating with your builder, I'll be providing detailed specifications and clear communication in order to keep your project running smoothly and efficiently.
During the the design and selections process, we'll approach things an a way that are most time and need-conscientious for you. Whether you are a hands-on selection maker, prefer to have selections presented to you based on my learned knowledge of your style and aesthetic, or, a little bit of both, we'll utilize your time well; making this journey an enjoyable one!
About:
Crosslake is my favorite Minnesota town, and I'm lucky to call it home, too.
With a degree in Interior Design from the Minnesota Institute of Arts International in Minneapolis, I've been designing custom homes for nearly fifteen years.
My husband Larry, a licensed contractor, and I initially bonded over building and design, and it's been history ever since!
I've found my true calling in interior design and am fortunate to have been able to build my career around it.
